Common questions

Will this replace our staff?

That is not what we sell and it is rarely what happens. The work AI removes is usually the part your staff least want to do and least want to be judged on - rekeying, chasing, formatting.

Is our data safe if we use AI?

Only if somebody sets it up that way. The default consumer tools are not appropriate for client data. We configure business tiers where your content is not used for training, and write the policy to match.

How do we know it is worth the money?

We agree the measurement before building - hours spent on the task now, and hours after. If the number does not move, we say so.
